These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Premier Black Transport website and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We may require email verification during sign up.

Bookings

• A booking submitted through the Service is a request for service. We may contact you to confirm availability and details.
• You agree to provide accurate pickup and dropoff locations, dates, times, and passenger information.
• Estimated arrival times and distances are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors.
• Current pricing model: one-way bookings are distance-based (priced per mile) and hourly bookings are priced per booked hour.
• Additional stops may be available during booking. At this time, adding stops does not create a separate stop fee, but pricing and fee policies may change in the future.

Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility and any applicable fees or rules may be shown during the booking process and may vary by service type. We may restrict cancellations close to pickup time.

Payments

We may place a payment authorization at booking time and capture the charge when your booking is confirmed. If a booking is not confirmed, the authorization may be released by your card issuer according to issuer timelines. If you opt in, a payment method may be stored for faster checkout on future bookings. Final pricing details are shown during checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public areas, or use the Service for unlawful activities.

Administrative access

We maintain an internal administrative dashboard to manage bookings and customer records. Administrative actions may include confirming, updating, cancelling, or soft-deleting bookings for operational reasons.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (for example, authentication, database services, mapping and routing providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Black Transport will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made.
